Privacy notice.

• Information you give me. When you email me or book a call, I receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to share about what you need.
• Booking data. Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, which processes the details you enter to confirm the meeting.
• Usage data. I use two analytics services to understand traffic. Vercel’s is cookieless and aggregate. Google Analytics counts visits too. If you say yes in the cookie banner, it also sets cookies and gives your browser an identifier, so it can tell one visit from another. Neither tells me who you are.

To respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare for calls, do and improve the work you ask me for, and keep the site secure. I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it to train AI models.

I share information only with service providers that help me run the studio, and only as needed to provide the service. They are Vercel, which hosts this website and its analytics, so a form submission passes through it on the way to me; Google, whose Analytics service measures visits to the site; Cal.com, which schedules calls; Resend, which delivers my email from infrastructure in the United States, so an email I send you travels through the US; Hetzner, which provides the server in Nuremberg, Germany that my CRM and its automation run on; Cloudflare, which provides my DNS and stores my encrypted nightly database backups; Anthropic, whose API runs the AEO visibility check; and OpenAI, which converts site search queries into the numerical form the search index compares. Each is a processor acting on my instructions, and none of them sells or markets to you. I may disclose information where required by law.

Vercel’s analytics are cookieless. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies, whose names begin _ga, only if you say yes in the cookie banner. If you say no, or do not answer, it sets none. You can change your answer at any time with the “Cookie choice” link at the foot of every page. The embedded Cal.com scheduler may set cookies necessary for booking when you interact with it; you can decline by emailing me to book instead.

I keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete it.

The tools at /tools are mostly scored in your browser. Your answers to those are not sent to me, stored by me, or logged while you use them, and you can see your full results without telling me who you are. I record counts of when a tool is started and completed, in the two analytics services described above, without your answers. A results link carries your answers, so opening one sends them to my server.

The AEO visibility check is the exception. It sends the brand, domain and one-line description you enter to my server and to Anthropic’s API, which researches the site and answers the buyer questions the report is built from.

If you ask me to email you a summary or a report, I collect your name, work email, company, your answers, and the time you gave consent. I use these to send the summary you asked for and, with your consent, occasional notes on private AI and automation. I do not sell them, and I do not share them with advertisers.

That information is stored in a CRM I run myself on a rented server in Nuremberg. The providers involved are listed under “Who I share it with”.

Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to info@marain.space at any time to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. I act on deletion requests within 30 days.

Queries you enter at /search are recorded to improve the search, without your IP address or any other identifier. Each query is sent to OpenAI to be converted for searching.

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, write to the address below.
